Who We Are

A Local Contractor, Not a Storm Chaser

Todd Masterson Roofing & Exteriors is family-owned and operated out of Hagerstown, Maryland. We work across the greater Washington and Baltimore metro areas, Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and West Virginia.

After a big storm, this region fills up with out-of-state crews knocking doors, taking deposits, and moving on. We are still here after the season ends, because this is where we live and where our customers are our neighbors.

The work is roofing and everything else on the outside of the building. Roofs, siding, gutters, trim, and painting, plus the insurance claim when there is one. Having it under one contractor means nobody gets to point at somebody else when something is missed.

We Look First

Nobody quotes a roof from the driveway. We get up there, find out what is actually happening, and price the real scope.

It Goes in Writing

You get the scope and the price on paper, in line items you can hold up against another contractor's bid.

You Hear It From Us

If we open the roof and find something the estimate did not cover, you find out that day, not on the final invoice.

We Finish the Job

Including the cleanup, and including the claim paperwork if the insurance company is involved.

Roofing, siding, gutters, skylights, painting, and more. We have built this business on doing quality exterior work across the greater Washington, Baltimore metro, and Northern Virginia areas.

What I tell every customer is the same thing I would want told to me. Get someone up on the roof before you spend anything. Get the scope in writing. And work with somebody who will still be answering the phone next year.
